The only company our real estate agent will use. Scott & Patti did our termite inspection when we first bought our property. They did an amazing job! Patti was very patient & spent a loooong time with me on the phone explaining everything and answering all my many questions, especially since I didn't know much about termites or how any of the treatments work. Scott came over and was very thorough, he looked properly through the whole house & took his time. He updated me along the way explaining things and answered all of my questions. His pricing was very fair and he was honest with his results & didn't try to make us do treatments that were unnecessary.

Scott recently did some repairs on a house a my husband and I purchased. The house is older and had more damage than initially anticipated- the inspection prior to purchasing the house was done by a different company. Scott kept us in the loop the whole time and explained what each repair was. He even sent photos of some of the damage to us as he was working. He also worked with a tight move in schedule to get the fumigation done. Patti did an amazing job communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the cost of everything.
