Complete inspections are recommended as part of your home’s routine maintenance, every 3 to 4 years as well as prior to home remodeling or as part of your disclosures for a real estate transaction. This comprehensive inspection includes the interior, exterior crawlspace and attic (where accessible) and includes a written report and photographs of findings. Fees for this kind of inspection start at $350 for homes under 1500 square feet and are not creditable towards work. Please use the forms below to request a quote for a complete inspection.

Limited inspections are offered when you have a specific concern about something you have observed in your home. Our inspector will make an identification and provide you with a brief written report and bids to treat if needed. We charge $75 for these types of inspections and we will credit these fees back to work contracted from the report through our company. Please be advised that limited inspections will not include crawlspace or attic investigation. Please request a quote for a complete inspection.

If you have a written report from another company (every inspection of your home by a licensed inspector must provide you with a written report on the prescribed Structural Pest Control Board form.)
We would be happy to provide you with a competitive bid after an inspection of your home to confirm the findings. We charge $75 for this service and will credit back to work you contract through our company (restrictions apply).
