Online Scheduling Use Policies: Inspection fees are due the day of the inspection, no exceptions. If we have to wait for payment a $25 administrative fee will be imposed to the client’s account. Please prepare clients who are operating out of area and/or on behalf of a trust that they should have a check available the day of inspection or be prepared to pay online via credit card. Please fill out the form completely including address, city, client name and billing information. Please make sure the property information is correct and that all structures on the property are added appropriately to the request. Incorrect information can result in additional charges at the time of inspection. Please don’t schedule an inspection you’re not absolutely sure you need. Cancellations at the last minute means one of our inspectors won’t work and won’t get paid for the day. If you’re in a pickle, please call the office. We’d rather squeeze you in somewhere instead of have an empty spot in the schedule.
